FALL PROTECTION RUBBER TILES FOR PLAYGROUNDS
A number of multifaceted scientific studies have led to the development and APPLICATION TO THE PATENT OFFICE of the form of FLEXIZONE rubber tiles and mats for outdoor playgrounds and play areas, which are characterized by high cushioning properties.
The elastic rubber tiles are manufactured according to approved procedures under strict TUV quality control. In addition, each batch produced is tested for shock absorption and Gmax factor in our own laboratory, which certifies the products with guaranteed HIC factor according to the latest PN-EN 1177:2019 standard. SBR rubber tiles are colored throughout the structure (monochrome), which makes their structure the same throughout the cross-section of the panel. This stabilization prevents the rowing effect and the unfolding of the corners of the plates. The one-sided way of connecting the FLEXIzone safe game flooring made of rubber tiles increases and improves stability, as well as speeding up the installation process at the same time.
A series of modifications and ageing tests have resulted in a UV-resistant product. When installing FLEXIZONE elastic rubber tiles on existing floor coverings, it is recommended to use angle and edge corner panels – the so-called driveway panels. In the case of mounting tiles on a crushed rock base, use RUBBER KERBSTONES AND RUBBER CURB CAPS. For the protection of concrete elements, including sandboxes, walls, palisades, steps, corners of buildings, use SAFE RUBBER EDGE PROFILES.
Playground areas made of FLEXIZONE rubber tiles can be varied with 2D SENSOR ELEMENTS such as numbers (class game), alphabet, colorful circles, motifs, backyard games such as Twister, chess or Mensch ärgere dich nicht. In addition, playgrounds can be equipped with 3D SENSORY ELEMENTS such as colorful pets, sensory hemispheres, mushrooms, cubes, which stimulate sensory stimuli and improve balance. Their porous structure develops tactile stimuli, and at the same time they are an excellent form of active outdoor activities.

PATENT PENDING
High damping properties of the structure of SBR and EPDM rubber tiles introduce additional elastic forces. With guaranteed HIC parameter in the range of 1.3 ÷ 3.0 m.
STRUCTURE
The structure of the SBR rubber tiles is coloured throughout the cross-section, which protects the plates from the rowing effect and the unfolding of the corners of the plates.
UV RESISTANCE
The SBR and EPDM tiles are UV-resistant, even in countries with high UV intensity.
SINGLE-SIDED MOUNTING
Optimized way of connecting the tiles increases and improves stability while speeding up the assembly process.
ADAPTATION
It is possible to incorporate sensor motifs into rubber tiles and to apply graphics (logos, inscriptions).
