FROST-RESISTANT TERRACE TILES AND MATS – DECKZONE

To meet the growing demand for durable terrace mats as surfacing for both terraces (patios) and balconies, we have developed a special series of SBR DECKZONE rubber tiles and mats. Both solutions are frost-resistant, water-permeable and anti-slip. The NON-FLAMMABLE DECKZONE version has flame-retardant and self-extinguishing properties. This product line includes 500x500mm square rubber tiles and 1000×1000mm terrace mats.

DECKZONE rubber mats for patio have a variable material structure in their cross-section, thanks to which the bottom part of the tiles is in contact with the basis (concrete floor, EPDM membrane, roofing felt) characterised by increased stabilising properties, while the upper expanding layer has better anti-slip properties. As a result, both the mat and the rubber patio tiles show high resistance to loads and mechanical damage. Thanks to its physical and mechanical properties, garden furniture can be placed on the surface of DECKZONE mats without fear of permanent deformation while maintaining the comfort of use.

The good insulating properties of the rubber patio tiles allow it to be used as a play area for children to protect them from the cold.

• Certificate of flame retardant properties – the NON-FLAMMABLE tiles: each batch produced is tested for balance values and elasticity in our laboratory – this means it can used as a children’s play zone
